Managing Director, West

Lisa Duszak Novak brings a creative energy and strategic brand communications mindset to kglobal, applying those skills to a personal and professional passion for changing the way Americans eat and perceive food.
Her approach is to place wellness brands into a national, socially-driven context in order to engage passionate advocates, and ultimately loyal customers. Working with wellness-focused companies such as Somersault Snack Co., Two Degrees Food, HK Anderson Pretzels, Traditional Medicinals and Garden Protein International, Lisa works with senior client leadership to create integrated campaigns, telling an authentic brand story that is interwoven into packaging, sales promotions, digital strategy, sponsorship activation, media relations and crisis communications in order to drive results directly to the bottom line.
Before joining k-global, Lisa spent over 12 years at leading global communications agencies in New York, Washington and San Francisco, overseeing consumer marketing programs for both new and refreshed brands such as Beringer Vineyards, TiVo, Tylenol, Ford Motor Company, AARP and Good Earth Coffee and Tea. Her most recent post as executive vice president and U.S. marketing practice director at Ruder Finn focused on rebranding the agency’s national consumer offering and developing a high profile, $5 million client base. Lisa graduated cum laude with a bachelor of arts in English from the University of Delaware, and completed her master’s in business administration with a focus on marketing at the University of California, Berkeley.
