George Ross Parman

Ross is a crisis communications and issues management strategist known for directing successful digital and social media campaigns for political organizations, corporations, trade associations and non-profits. He is widely regarded as an authority on communications risk analysis and crisis management, as well as on social media, digital strategy and Big Data analysis.

His clients have included the U.S. Food and Drug Administration, Johnson Controls, the American Coalition for Clean Coal Electricity, the Business Roundtable and the National Educational Association.

Focused on achieving client objectives and communications goals, Ross bridges the strategic and tactical aspects of message development, influencer identification and engagement. His work influences media coverage and public opinion on political issues, consumer-product safety and reputation management for kglobal clients around the world. 

Prior to joining kglobal, Ross served as a strategist at the innovative marketing firm NOBODY, where he oversaw crisis engagement and conducted risk analysis and crisis communications planning for an array of corporate and government clients.

Ross served as the Deputy Director of Social Media at the Republican National Committee during the 2014 Congressional cycle, and as a Senior Strategist for Public Affairs at MXM, where his teams won multiple American Association of Political Consultants “Pollie” awards. An in-demand public speaker, his talks often focus on the nexus of digital communications and public persuasion.

Ross honed his passion for systems thinking as a member of the the Republican National Committee’s Research team, where he developed comprehensive social media landscape reports for political campaigns and national public affairs issues.

Ross graduated with a Bachelor of Arts in English from Franklin & Marshall College. A Capitol Hill resident, he serves on the Hill East Task Force.
