Paul Dubas is a Senior Account Executive at kglobal and is currently embedded with the Army’s Office of the Chief of Public Affairs (OCPA) at the Pentagon. Paul has a strong background in public affairs with significant experience analyzing news coverage across a range of topics and conducting opposition research on strict deadlines.
Prior to joining kglobal, Paul served as an Associate with The Pew Charitable Trusts, where he drafted reports and memos identifying potential partnerships to strengthen Pew’s brand in the policy arena, monitored media coverage, and composed backgrounders on key research issues. He previously worked for the First Five Years Fund, a domestic education policy firm, where he managed the organization’s Facebook page, researched members of Congress regarding their views on early childhood education, developed media lists, and created fact sheets for a campaign chaired by a former White House Deputy Chief of Staff.
Paul holds a B.A. in International Studies from West Virginia University and a M.S. in Peace Operations from George Mason University’s School of Policy, Government, and Public Affairs. While at George Mason, Paul participated in a study abroad program analyzing the Syrian conflict and the Arab Spring in Turkey.
