Tom, head of kglo DC and our kglobal edge division, has worked for the past 16 years as a leader, strategist, communicator and designer in political campaigns, advocacy efforts and corporate brand building. Formerly a principal, managing partner and creative director of Project BIG fish, a leading creative agency in Washington, D.C., Tom interweaves advertising, marketing and design expertise with a unique managerial style on all creative aspects of communications campaigns. At his former agency, he identified and secured new business, managed client relationships, created internal processes and teams, and provided the driving force behind the creative direction for both client work and company branding.
His broad experience in graphic design, multimedia, social media marketing and web design and development has served numerous clients in both the corporate and non-profit sectors. Frank’s recent recognitions include a Communicator Award for best integrated marketing campaign from the International Academy of the Visual Arts, and he was recognized for his work with the Africa-based Gede Foundation, which promotes healthy communities by restoring the individual’s right to health, education and access to services. On the ground in Nigeria, Frank served as the creative lead, project coordinator and producer to create the “Story of Hope” campaign. He also received the Pollie Award from the American Association of Political Consultants for best National Advocacy Website Design and Development.
