Blakelee Land is a seasoned strategic communicator, marketer and media relations specialist. She enjoys helping clients build their brand and successfully market their campaign message. She has developed brand messaging for national media websites, and social media and marketing plans for dozens of companies in the entertainment, fashion, beauty, retail and technology sectors.
Blakelee joined kglobal from Marbaloo Marketing, a global multi-platform entertainment marketing firm, and The Avenue West, a go-to-market agency that focuses on launching startups and building growth strategies, where she planned and executed integrated public relations campaigns for clients that included online and traditional media, executive positioning and thought leadership.
Blakelee previously worked for marketing, editorial and advertising teams at the following national media corporations: Meredith, Conde Nast and American Media. She supported advertising campaigns, brand partnerships and ideation across traditional print and digital platforms for many titles such Teen Vogue, Shape, Lucky and Better Homes and Gardens.
She is a graduate of the University of Tennessee where she earned bachelor’s degrees in Journalism, Digital Media and Communication Studies.
